ST HAND FLASH DRYER

• Great new innovation - we are pleased to introduce the ST Hand Curer, which can be used as both a flash dryer and to cure garments. 
• The unit is light, safe and easy to use with the heating capability provided by medium wave lamps which meet operating temperatures in seconds.
• You can use the curer with both plastisol and waterbased inks, a full cure can be achieved within 25 seconds. 
• The curer comes with a handy timer which is operated when you press the heating trigger.
• Uses standard three pin plug (single phase power (240ac 10amp))
• So if you are short on space and usually cure using a flash dryer then take a look at the hand curer.
• Ideal for class rooms, small studios and specialist printers.

ST ECO FLOOR STANDING FLASH DRYER

• Ideal for home and workshop conditions. 2500 Watt Flash Dryer with a 16" x 18" drying area. Steel Powder Coated 40mm x 40mm box tubing base with 4 castors for easy mobility. 
• Cross design to allow the heating head to rotate 360degrees without toppling over. Has a chrome neck which allows the head to be fixed in different heights whether you are printing on a coffee table or floor standing carousel.
• It will dry plastisol ink in 10 seconds and completely cure in 60 seconds.

Key Features

• Adjustable height, has fixed castors for easy mobility, 3 metre power cable - 13amp fuse which is twin earthed for safety.
• Fully galvenised head to prevent rusting, weight 14kgs (including stand).
• As a precautionary measure, once the unit has been switched on, it must not be left unattended and must not be used without adult supervision as the heating element becomes very hot.
• Set the distance from the heating platen about half an inch. Place a t-shirt on the platten, take a reading using an infrared laser thermometer of the garment, this will give you the correct heat reading on the garment.
• It usually takes plastisol inks approx 10 seconds to dry and 60 seconds to fully cure.
• Please note that the Flash Dryer is a constant heat device it does not have any thermostatic control.  It is only suitable for adult use and it must be supervised at all times. Do not leave unattended.

• The Flash Dryers have a reputation for reliability and performance,  ideal for professional screen printers with manual, semi automatic and automatic carousels.
• Uses ceramic elements giving optimum evenness of heat distribution.
• Ceramic elements have an expect working life of 10 years.
• All steel construction is powder coated for durability.
• Wire safety guard on the top.
• Long wave infra red is not colour sensitive, drying all colours equally.
• Easily adjusted element height – up to 117cm (46 inches) above floor level.
• Power of elements is factory adjusted to give optimum flash dry time and power economy.
• 4 Wheels heavy duty.
• Long mains lead for convenience (6 metre).
• Operates from a normal UK 13amp socket - please note unit  is normally shipped with a 16amp plug.
• Flash time for plastisol(Sericol‘Texopaque’) is 10 seconds.  Flash time can be extended by increasing the clearance between elements and the platen.

• We offer 3 power versions (13amp uses standard domestic plug), 16amp (using 16 amp single phase plug) and 20amp (uses 32amp single phase plug).  The 16 and 20amp versions are recommended, please advise or discuss us your requirements.
• Flash time for plastisol (Sericol‘Texopaque’ 20amp version) is 10 seconds.  Flash time can be extended by increasing the clearance between elements and the platen.
