This laser thermometer is a great sales tool for any presentation on the ability of window film to reduce heat entering through a window. You simply point the laser thermometer at a solid surface inside the window to read the temperature on that surface. You can then apply window film and repeat the same test once the film has had an opportunity to lower the temperature on the surface.
